Our management "Team" at Mid-America Coating Systems have applied protective coatings and polyurethane foam around the country for almost 30 years. Roof structure failure due to severe neglect and total lack of maintenance. The entire roof structure had to be removed and re-built.

EPDM single-ply rubber roof with seam and fastener failure. It was replaced with a seamless, fully adhered polyurethane foam/silicone roof systems.

This is actually a factory roof 90 feet up from the ground. It had up to 12" of gravel and dirt that accumulated at the bottom edge of the roof allowing plants to take root and grow.

This polyurethane foam/silicone coating roof was installed by Dennis and Jim Davidson in 1989. It has remained leak-free for over 18 years, receiving NO MAINTENANCE . That's almost twice the original warranty period. Dennis was call to repair the foam roof next door that was installed by another contractor. Photo taken in July 2007.
